Staying Afloat in 2100: Evaluating Fiscal and Land Use Options for Coastal Adaptation in Massachusetts investigates adaptation approaches within current fiscal constrains for areas threatened by sea level rise. I co-edited the report and contributed original research on financial planning scenarios for elevating single-family homes and utilities out of the flood zone (p. 60).
